By which you may be personally identified, such as name, username and password, delivery and billing information, e-mail address, telephone number, and/or credit card number (including security code and expiration date) (collectively, “Personally Identifying Information” or “PII”).
That is about you but individually does not identify you, such as your gender, demographic information, and product and service preferences.
About others, such as the names and e-mail addresses of gift recipients or family and friends whom you have referred to the Site;
We may use the information we collect from you, individually or combined:
For registration, billing purposes and delivery purposes;
To provide, maintain, and improve the Site and our products and services;
To respond to your questions and fulfil your orders and requests;
To verify entry into any applicable Promotion;
To communicate with you about your orders, delivery and the site;
To manage your account and send you account related information;
To send you promotional messages; and
For internal data modelling and marketing purposes.
By creating a Nutribar account or signing up for our newsletter, you also consent to receive electronic communications from Nutribar (e.g., via email or by posting notices to the Sites). These communications may include notices about your account (e.g., payment authorizations, password changes and other transactional information) and are part of your relationship with us. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including, but not limited to, that such communications be in writing. You should maintain copies of electronic communications from us by printing a paper copy or saving an electronic copy.
We may also send you promotional communications via email, including, but not limited to, newsletters, special offers, surveys and other news and information we think will be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving these promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided therein.
Becoming a User
There is no cost to becoming a user of our Website. You do not have to become a registered user to use this Website. However, you must be a registered user to order your package. From time to time, areas of the Website may be restricted for use by registered users only. You must register in accordance with instructions that you will find on this Website. | If you elect to become a registered user of our Website, you agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete information about yourself (“Registered User Data”), and to maintain and promptly update the Registered User Data and any other information you provide to us, to keep it accurate. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms & Conditions, if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such is the case, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your user account and refuse any and all current or future use of our Website (or any portion thereof). You agree not to assign, transfer or sublicense your rights as a registered user of this Website. You further agree not to register for more than one account, create an account on behalf of someone else, or create a false or misleading identity on this Website.
Password and User Security
If you are a registered user of this Website, you are responsible for (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your password; (b) maintaining the confidentiality of your user account information; and (c) any and all activities which occur under your user account.
You agree to notify us in writing immediately in the event of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your user account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your or anyone else’s password.
We might use reliable third-party delivery companies to deliver your daily meals. Generally, delivery of your meals will be after 6 or 7 pm on your delivery date. However this is not fixed and delivery times will vary slightly from day to day due to traffic and many other issues. Each nutribag is carefully packaged to stay fresh until at least 10 pm on the day of delivery. However, to maintain the highest quality and integrity of the meals after delivery, we recommend that you immediately refrigerate the items when you receive them.
All delivery information need to be provided by our clients from their account section within our website, including the contact details, the delivery address, the alternative delivery address or alternative pick up point. Any changes to these details need to be done within the user’s online account at least 3 days prior to the delivery.
If you are not at your registered address when your delivery arrives, our delivery person will leave the package for you at your registered alternative pick up point, that can be changed at any time from your account section. Again, since our food is packaged within our special cooler bag, it will remain cold and fresh until at least 10 pm.
In the case of inclement weather, we will deliver your order as soon as reasonably possible when the conditions permit. If your designated delivery location is inaccessible, rendering us unable to make the delivery, we will contact you to determine the best alternate location and/or time or date for the delivery.
For your convenience, Nutribar offers subscription services whereby you select a set of meals (the package that suits you best) and a delivery date, always on a Sunday so that the weekly nutrition plan can start on Monday and Nutribar sends those meals to the location you have selected on a weekly or monthly basis.
In case of a user who for any reason, was not able to re-new or order their Nutribar package, Nutribar IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO AUTO-RENEW OR MAKE THE ORDER ON THEIR BEHALF. Clients are responsible to take care of their own orders, including renewing their package, completing their everyday menu choices, post-poning the days they do not want their meals delivered and selecting their own meal choices according to their food preferences and lifestyle.
Prices and Product Availability
We reserve the right to adjust prices in our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you. All prices shown on our website and/or in our App are in EUR. Any applicable taxes and other fees or charges are included besides the fee for destroyed or un-returned nutribags.
We strive to provide you with high-quality products. Given the perishable nature of our products, from time-to-time certain products may be unavailable due to market conditions beyond our reasonable control or to quality that is below our standards. In the event that one of our ingredients or products is unavailable for any reason, and we have a replacement item that is comparable to such ingredient or product, we may make a substitution in our discretion. All of our products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the contents of your Delivery or the quantity of a particular product that you may order.
Payment for Packages ordered will be processed at the time of placing such order. You agree to pay promptly all charges to your account (which includes package purchased, delivery fees and applicable taxes) for any order placed by you or anyone who you allow to use your credit card details and other personal information, including members of your family, friends or any other person. For your order to be accepted, your method of payment shall be validated and must have enough available funds required for the transaction. Upon approval, the order will be accepted for delivery.
Vouchers & Discounts
Vouchers for discounts or packages can be applied through our website and they are subject to change. We also offer group and corporate discounts. Please call us about creating group or gift vouchers or group and corporate-discount pricing and to confirm other discount pricing. Our discount policy is subject to change uniformly for all customers. When new discount terms are posted to our website, you agree that you shall have been notified of changes and that they shall be applicable to you.

All nutribags are property of C.N Nutribar Healthy Living Ltd. Nutribags must be returned to Nutribar for your better service within 2 working days or delivered to the delivery person on a daily basis.
For every nutribag you are not returning back to the company, either through our everyday delivery person or physically to our premises, you will be charged the total amount of 5 euro each. All bags need to be returned back to the company in good condition (with no scratches, food remains and any other damage), otherwise you will still be charged the amount of 5 euro for each bag destroyed. Cooler bags are not considered “returned” until they are in our physical possession and in good condition.
Credit Card Security
PLEASE NOTE THAT NORMAL E-MAIL (SUCH AS USING “CONTACT US” OR YOUR HOME E-MAIL) IS NOT ENCRYPTED AND THUS IS NOT A SECURE MEANS FOR TRANSMITTING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU WISH TO KEEP PRIVATE AND SECURE.
Postponing or Editing an Order
Registered customers have the ability to select, change, or postpone a meal delivery any time 4 days in advance to the delivery date. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled less than 4 days before the intended delivery. You will be notified of your changes by email. Thursday is the last day to order for the next week, since we need 4 days in advance to order fresh and high quality ingredients. NUTRIBAR allows you to change or edit your daily menu at least 4 days prior to your delivery. If you do not change your orders in advance, your meals will be autocompleted from our automatic systems. If you have postponed your meals for a certain period of time you will receive an email after 24hours to select your meals for the intended start date.
Turning Off Subscriptions
You can freeze your subscription for a maximum amount of 4 weeks.
If you do not pause the nutribar delivery any further, the delivery will start the first Monday after activating.
Weight Loss, Health Claims and Food Allergies or Sensitivities
Nutribar provides weight loss and health information solely for informational purposes. Weight loss and health results are not guaranteed 100%. Actual results will vary widely from individual to individual. By receiving Nutribar meals and packages, you acknowledge that Nutribar does not make any claims, guarantees, explicit or implied, for any specific results. You also acknowledge that it is possible to gain weight on a program. Failure to lose weight or meet your desired results will not be grounds for a refund or to seek any damages against Nutribar.
YOU MUST CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR IF YOU ARE ON MEDICATION; FURTHERMORE, MEAL PLANS ARE NOT MEANT TO REPLACE OR SUPERSEDE DOCTOR-PRESCRIBED DIET PLANS.
Medication/Doctor-Prescribed Diet Plans: If you are taking medication, you must consult your physician before you start our meal programs. Nutribar’s programs do not replace a physician’s advice; if you are using our meal plans as part of a doctor-prescribed diet, you shall be ultimately responsible for ensuring compliance with such diet. Furthermore, if you have diabetes or other medical conditions of any kind, you shall be responsible for maintaining your diet to ensure compliance with the requirements of such conditions. Our meal recommendations shall not be deemed medical advice.
Food Sensitivities and Allergies: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING WHETHER ANY FOOD ALLERGIES MAY OCCUR. Although we will provide ingredient lists as and when requested, Nutribar is not responsible for any allergic or other adverse reactions you might have to our food.
NUTRIBAR PACKAGES AND MEALS ARE NOT MEDICALLY SUPERVISED. IF YOU HAVE ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS, ALLERGIES ETC, WE RECOMMEND AND, IN SOME CASES, REQUIRE YOU TO SEEK A PHYSICIAN’S APPROVAL PRIOR TO STARTING A NUTRITION PROGRAM.
Please note that the nutritional information on our site reflects recent updates to meals based on evolving ingredients. The nutritional information for meals at the time of their preparation is reflected on the labels on our meal containers.
All meals and snacks will be received within a cooler bag which will state personal details including client’s name, surname, phone numbers, delivery addresses and location indicated
Meals and Snacks might state Client’s Name, Surname, Date of Consuming the food and Meal or Snack Ingredients and Nutritional Information.
Complaints, Cancellations and Refunds
Program Changes, Cancellations and Refunds: All changes including pausing of weekly subscriptions must be made through your account by Thursday at 11:59pm (Cyprus local time) for the following week’s deliveries. Clients are responsible for submitting any account changes. No adjustments can be made after Thursday at 11:59pm for the first Sunday’s delivery. Thursday is the last day to order for the next week, since we need 4 days in advance to order fresh and high-quality ingredients.
Nutribar allows you to change or edit your daily menu at least 4 days prior to your delivery. If you do not change your orders in advance, your meals will be autocompleted from our automatic systems.
If something is wrong with a meal for any reason or in case you have a missing meal, please contact our customer service on 70003770 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org . You must report your issue on the same day of delivery or the next day before 4pm. Depending on the circumstances, we will compensate you with another meal and/or the missing meal from your package. Nutribar may require the return or photo documentation of the meal(s) that you are not satisfied with before we make a compensation.
Nutribar does not offer any refunds. However as stated previously you can postpone or freeze your meals for a certain period of time.
Nutribar does not charge their registered customers for every day delivery. For the time being we deliver in all areas in Limassol. If you are unsure if we deliver to your area or not contact us on 70003770 or email us on email@example.com
Please note that it may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Should this be the case, we will inform you using your contact details and arrange for cancellation of the order or an alternative delivery address.
